Unfortunately, we don’t have a way of recovering the encryption password used to add the agents to the Datto portal, so you should try to find this information by investigating with your team members in your IT Department.

If you’re certain that you can’t find it we would have to remove the agents completely, which would delete all data that’s stored, and then you would need to re-add it again. To remove the encrypted agents, please contact Hexistor Support so we can assist with this request.
