When you’re seeing that your Datto web portal is showing message Offsite data synchronization is currently paused for all agents and shares. To re-enable offsite data synchronization, update the Device Settings. This means that your Datto appliance does not have cloud enabled to send data offsite, which might be expected if you are contracted to use Solarwinds Backup as your cloud solution instead. Unfortunately, there’s no option to hide this message from the portal, but you can discard it.
